Rotating Parts
Turning of Parts
- Turning of parts of flange and shaft type
- To diameter 320 mm in length to 1500 mm (shafts between centres to length of 1300 mm) on CNC machines
- To diameter 800 mm in length to 700 mm vertical NC
Gear cutting - to diameter 400 mm in length to 250 mm - to m10
Gear slotting - to diameter 500 mm in length to 110 mm to m5,5
Broaching of profiles - to diameter 130 mm
Gear grinding - production of spur gearing with module from 1 mm to 10 mm, with diameters to 600 mm in length to 160 mm and weight to 200 kg with longitudinal and cross involute modification. We are able to machine the gearing with hobbing milling cutter or with shaping. This gearing could be shaving, too
We can do broaching - internal gearing ( resp. slotting) on horizontal machine with force of 10 tons.
Profile Grinding - to diameter 100 mm in length to 800 mm
Surface grinding - to diameter 300 mm in length to 1000 mm
Grinding of Holes - to diameter 300 mm in length to 100 mm
Grinding of Surface - to 250 x 250 x 800 mm
Measurement of Accuracy - we measure geometrical accuracy of gearing on device PNC 65 CNC of firm KLINGELNBERG.
Further, we create project and engineering documentation, including strength analyses for spur and bevel gearings.
